If evidence of any fraudulent transaction is found, all funds in the associated account may be forfeited.

Prohibited Activities & Platform Integrity

Limitation of Liability & Dispute Resolution

The s23 platform is provided on an "as is" basis, and s23 shall not be liable for any losses arising from technical issues, server outages, or third-party causes. Game outcomes are determined entirely by a Random Number Generator (RNG) and no specific result can be guaranteed. If you have any dispute or complaint, please contact our support team first and we will endeavor to resolve it within 72 hours. If the matter cannot be resolved through support, a complaint may be submitted to the relevant regulatory authority. These terms and conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the applicable laws of Bangladesh.
